We are not a company as such. We are a team of experienced, polar oriented, outdoor adventurers and enthusiasts. Along with Børge Ousland and Vincent Colliard, we provide expertise, guidance and coaching, and we will team up with you in small teams to face challenges in amazing areas of our planet.

The philosophy is straightforward: adhere to the Norwegian Polar approach of thorough preparation. As we say, “80% of the project should be completed before leaving home.” Once in the field, we aim to execute the expedition to the best of our abilities. By following this method, we not only learn and grow but also gain immense satisfaction and maximize our chances of achieving our shared goal.

We love our very mixed teams of both gender and nationallities. We believe that takes away the competition aspect and makes focusing on the moment easier. To learn respect and teamwork, to enhance the hidden strengths of everyone, is essential not only for landing big challenges successfully - but also in life.
