We are not a company as such. We are a team of experienced, polar oriented, outdoor adventurers and enthusiasts. Along with Børge Ousland we provide expertise, guidance and coaching, and we will team up with you in small teams to face challenges in amazing areas of our planet.

The philosophy is in simple to stick to the Norwegian Polar way of trying to prepare very well - or as we say: “80% of the project shall be finished before leaving home”.
And while out there, execute the expedition at the highest level of our abillity. This way you learn more, we get a huge satisfaction and together we have the greatest chance og reaching our common goal.

We love our very mixed teams of both gender and nationallities. We believe that takes away the competition aspect and makes focusing on the moment easier. To learn respect and teamwork, to enhance the hidden strengths of everyone, is essential not only for landing big challenges successfully - but also in life.
